Remote Assistance

You get a Review & Plan and then we stay engaged as you navigate the permitting process. We are available throughout the process for guidance on how to handle an issue or zoning condition.

Hands On Help

$2000

We will meet with you to review the scope/plans and then map out the permitting process. We will go with you to engage with Charlotte Zoning and Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement.
